Pros
Majority of individuals have a good salary, good schedule if your in the corporate office, and time off with pay is very reasonable.
Cons
Some individuals have higher salaries based on who they know, not their talent; schedules on projects are horrible, Individuals have to sacrafice being with significant other or family to make money on man camps. Most projects are not in areas that people can or want to live.
