Pros
Compensation was reasonable and benefits were good. Having every second friday off was nice.
Cons
Large amounts of overtime are frequently required. Working situation can be very precarious due to cancellation of projects. Management consistently underestimates manhours required for projects, resulting in extremely stressful situations for ground-level employees.
