Cons

If you’re thinking about working at Fraport USA, please think ten thousand billion times. What they show you during hiring and what you actually experience are two completely different things. It looks polished at first - good benefits, solid role, all that. Then you get in and realize very quickly what it really is. The workload is heavy in a way that just keeps piling on. It’s not just “busy” - it’s the kind of constant pressure where you’re expected to give everything, all the time. Forget weekends and forget your life and loved ones. Happiness and sanity? What are those? And yeah, benefits exist on paper, but good luck actually having the time or energy to use them. The 'bonuses' and everything are extremely dishonestly presented to boot. The culture is where it really goes left. Communication can feel dismissive, sometimes straight up disrespectful. Support is nonexistent, HR is truly beyond vile, and there’s not much consideration for the fact that people have lives outside of work. It starts to wear on you. Biggest thing - the disconnect. The version of the company you’re sold upfront is not the version you end up dealing with day to day. That gap is real. If you’re interviewing, ask why the role is open and how long the last person stayed. That answer will tell you more than anything else. I get that the job market is tough. But not every opportunity is worth what it takes out of you.
