      Pros

      GE only has the best people working. Being with the best means being around people who have the same drive and motivation to succeed. Volunteerism is everywhere and makes work more enjoyable and rewarding to be with GE.

      Cons

      Not enough full time w/benefits positions for everyone, not enough little perks.
