      Pros

      Great atmosphere coming out of school. Prestigeous company with experienced management. Interesting work atmosphere, always kept me interested. Flexible scheduling and vacation time.

      Cons

      Corporate rat race stereotype is unfortunately true. Unless you are prepared to brown-nose and be a beneficiary of nepotism you'll find your path to the top is significantly obstructed.
