Pros
Education, visibility, etc. are all pros at GE. They do a great job of training their employees. Challenging work is also a pro.
Cons
Pay is by far the biggest con. They used to be known for average pay and above average benefits, but they now have below average healthcare. Pay is still satisfactory, but you can get better elsewhere.
