Great opportunities and interesting work for many types of engineers. Management continues to improve employee support and compensation and striving to create a diverse workforce.
Cons
As with any large organization, there are some "bad apples" and some managers are better than others, but over time the bad ones usually fall victim to the "Peter Principle" and get promoted out of the organization or take a job elsewhere.
