A Company That’s Willing to Improve - Senior Instructional Designer General Dynamics Information Technology Employee Review

Working at GDIT for two different offices both in person and remote, what I saw most over 15 years was the changes in executive leadership and the willingness of those leaders to shift culture and seek continual improvement. The CEO is an excellent communicator and servant leader who is actively seeking to make GDIT a “company with a soul.” Some changes company wide I saw in my last 6-7 years included a company-wide collaboration and community site and a rewards program that encouraged celebrating all the wins big and small with the company.
