      Pros

      Great job security, especially for a company that relies on contracts with the government. Salary is better than most other companies.

      Cons

      Unknown when it comes to contract renewals. Sometimes difficult when HQ makes decisions without thinking about those in the field. Not a lot more that I can say that is negative.

      Great management, very professional, task oriented, responsive.

      Cons

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
