      Quick hiring process, low work expectations, relaxed attitude. Whether this is a list of pros or cons is up to your internal ambition.

      Cons

      While GDIT is ok for a starter job mid-career searchers should look elsewhere. There is little room for advancement of engineers making it a dead-end job unless you move on reasonably quickly.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
