Pros
General Dynamics is better at competing for and winning Government Contracts then any other company I have seen. It is almost unheard of for a contractor to maintain the same job for 22 yrs.
Cons
Management thinks nothing of the employee - Constant cut backs in benifits now has employee benifits package severely lower than when I started the job Lack of rasies and ability to grow within the company despite higher than average reviews each year.
