      Freedom to accomplish tasks, both daily and long-term, without management constantly breathing down my neck.

      Cons

      There are a lot of employees that seem dissatisfied with their salaries. Myself, I am very happy with what I earn...I stress earn.

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
