      Good Work with caring people until you get to Sr Mgmt. Good salary and work conditions

      Cons

      At the Sr Level it was all about Cash Flow and EBIT. did not take the advice of the Business Unit level people that worked with the customers every day

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
