      Access to a variety of programs and a network of experienced professionals in their fields.

      While there were not many, you do work with personnel from across the country and sometimes you never get to meet them face to face.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
