      Adheres to professional work ethics and complies to defense contract policies.

      Cons

      Need for younger senior management who are objective and really know their people. Stress more communication to employees about company business relating to the employee regarding length of employment, status of impending layoffs and job security.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
