      Pros

      Great benefits, travel opportunities is you're position in the field pf engineering and implementation. Working from a customer location has its ups and downs but working from one of the GDIT field offices is great as opportunities for training are always available.

      Cons

      The company is too big, too many layers of management. Other than that its a good company to work for.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
