      Pros

      The pay was slightly higher than the local standards for similar work, the medical, dental, and vision care were top notch. The 401k match was nice and you were 100% from day one.

      Cons

      The commute was a little less than desirable but if you live and work in the Hampton Roads area you just deal with it.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
