      Typically there are plenty of jobs to pick from due to size Benefits are good Most of the people are good

      Cons

      Compensation is restricted Does not support program managers once it bought CSRA it lost many good leaders, now left with much lesser leadership

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
