Pros
Good benifts package, 401K, Health, Legal, Education. With multiple locations and dvisions there is plenty of opportunities. You just have to look for them and may need to be willing to transfer.
Cons
With acquire other small business, the great benefits are slipping away. It is very easy to get "lost" at a job site and miss out of career growth. Though benefits are ok now, salaries are very low compared to competitors.
