Pros
Good place to work if you're part of the good old boy network, a schemer, a shmoozer, or a bully.
Cons
Highly disrecommend if you're neurodiverse -- they will pick up on that and either bully you into submission or bully you into a mental breakdown. There is no "people management" from my experience, and the "how are you really?" campaign is worse than a farce. I was broken and discarded.
