      Large company with good benefits

      Cons

      Overhead costs are too high which negatively impacts those doing the work. Good ole boy network is strong with the military O-6 and above community. Talent Management/Recruiters promote mediocrity and push out excellence.

      Great management, very professional, task oriented, responsive.

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Pros

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
