      Company respects need for flexible work schedules when possible Cares about employee well being Strong internal mobility program

      Cons

      Lousy merit pay system. Average increase budget is really just a cost of living increase at best but the company insists on tying it to “merit”. Instead of motivating people, this approach demotivates them. Senior management has little interest in addressing corporate inefficiencies that plague lower level managers

      Contract work has natural turbulence. When the company loses a bid it means people are out of a job.

      Initial Management was good, however went downhill fast

      Cons

      I was onboarded by an amazing manager, but they are a contracting company. They made horrible decisions to hire the wrong people at the wrong contract and got killed for it. I wish they didn't do this
