      Good raises if you work hard , easy to learn a trade on the job, very good hours

      Hard to get noticed. And once you do something bad no matter how minuee everything good is forgoten

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
