      Benefits are pretty good, and the HR department really cared, even though the ones that cared no longer work there due to senior management.

      Cons

      The Senior Leadership is not supportive. They promote you into positions with promises of increasing your pay only to get told later they don't have the margins for it.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
