      GDIT has employed me for 3 years now and they have been reasonably supportive and haven't asked overly much of me. Mostly just let me do my job for the client and didn't get in the way.

      Cons

      Not a lot of direct support from the management. Minimal raises.

      Nothing really, maybe only the 401k match

      Cons

      GDIT will micromanage you like crazy if you work in IT. They have terrible benefits too, bad health insurance and bad pto policy. Worst place I have worked. They will do their most to over work you.
