I personally enjoyed the settlement when they eventually let everyone go.
Cons
Countless discount initiatives created constant moving goalposts for employees. Punished for not being able to turn on a heel and accommodate surprise demand increases, and punished for daring to prepare for the next one, all the while haemorrhaging money. All systems were built in house off the back of a taxi management application, so features you'd expect to find in any inventory management software were missing and data was virtually non existent.
