-Bad pay -Franchising Everywhere so limited hours -Now restricted to contracted hours - Customer Services is Based in Turkey and not efficient. - Management/HQ care more about stats and statistics than their own employees. - Forget about having any problems outside of work, if they affect your punctuality HQ does not care. They gave me a final warning straight away with no prior warnings or conversations. - Health and safety is out of the window, insufficient training and maintenance of electric scooters. - You get picked up on about bad ratings even though customers give you 1 star for no reason sometimes. - Rubbish sick pay - Uniform is bad and will not really protect you as half of the zips don’t even work. -Cheap Chinese helmets that are just over sprayed with company decals. - Still awaiting summer wear, and it’s getting hotter. - Lack of managerial skills within the comany. -Poor equipment, the phones are mostly smashed and hard to use now. -Constant rule changes and shift changes at the top of a hat.
