Unfair treatment & lack of personal development - Anonymous employee Getir Employee Review

Huge gaps between salaries of the people doing exactly the same job & at the same seniority level Long working hours, unpaid over-time work & stressful working atmosphere Neither HR nor senior management provide enough personal development opportunities for their employees. There is no educational budget. Employee critics about way of working aren't taken into account. Sometimes, intuitive approaches keep off reasonable & scientific approaches. No effort for diversity & inclusion
