Cons
Don't have high expectations, your expectations won't be fulfilled No KPIs for designers Sexist environment (my performance review was based on how smiley I was) CEO decides on the design decisions, makes people live edit in meetings, and belittles everyone no matter what There are no action plans, and no roadmaps, someone wants something on that team and it is done by the design No meeting agendas (seriously in any of the meetings) The benefits are so little, only a 10% discount on Getir No career plans, I'm not sure what my title will be in 2 years, and also according to what No value for people, HR(sorry People Department...) doesn't care to hold people here, everyone on the team is expandable (I know it is a business but with this strategy, they lose all the know-how, we lost almost 10 designers in 3 months...)
