      Pros

      Unlimited pto is nice. I don’t feel any negativity taking time off whenever I need to. Super flexible job as a parent. I feel like I have a decent work-life balance.

      Cons

      Really fast paced environment- sometimes feels a little chaotic with all the different projects and timelines. Please bring back self care days! Those were the best!

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
