      Sinking Ship. The company has been conducting layoffs annually. Decisions do not appear performance-based - underperformers are often retained due to favoritism, while individuals who played a key role in building and scaling products have been laid off.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
