Pros

The biggest pro I can share is that LogMeIn at it's core wants to do better - it's ingrained in the culture here. There are problems here like most companies of this size, but almost every leader and manager I've met here recognizes them, wants to do better and will take steps to do so.

Cons

We suffer here from a lack of strong middle leadership - I see it all over the company. This can create opportunities for those looking to grow into a new position which is a pro, but I've watched it slow initiatives at times which can be frustrating for direct reports.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
