      Pros

      Flexible work hours, interesting projects, willing to try new technologies, there is a good benefits package, international work locations

      Cons

      In the Santa Barbara location, it is difficult to hire new talent in location, sometimes, management takes too long to determine new projects.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
