      Pros

      Great office at a decent location. A few smart people still work here.

      Cons

      Logmein talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk. Management often asks you to violate the values advertised throughout the office. Accountability is virtually non existent. High performance is not rewarded. Top talent is leaving for more competitive packages. There is a lot of uncertainty of the future of the company as stock prices plummet and growth slowed down.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
