Pros

competitive pay, great benefits, decent work life balance, great office in a good location.

Cons

very clicky, if you get on the bad side of one of the "clicks" your screwed. No training really, sink or swim. I was with the company for years and when my numbers started to slip a little they were very quick to push me out rather then try and help train or develop me as an employee. Even though I was an expert on the products, they decided it would be better to higher a fresh employee. Been going down hill since the "merger-aquisition" Instead of focusing on our strengths they acquire companies then lose customers by raising prices ridiculously high and forcing annual billing. They are getting sued because of this currently.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
