new sales management unwilling to learn about the market, meet customers, adopt innovative sales techniques and thinking....all about outbound calls...lazy management

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
