      Good compensation, work/life balance, technical challenges.

      Cons

      A lot of flux in the last year. Went private. The office in Santa Barbara is now all-remote. A lot of teams are in Europe or India making communication difficult.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
