      They don’t care about the employees, blatant favoritism, hired call center managers who moved up in the company but have no idea how to actually run a successful team

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
