      Can work remotely now that they realized people work just fine from home

      Cons

      Zero growth opportunities for America workers, everything moving out of the country so if you are in the US your lucky to even still have a job let alone have room to advance

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
