      Tech SaaS vibe Products to sell are good Flexibility and working from home

      Cons

      Career and personal growth in general Growth possibilities are nonexistent, no matter your performance numbers Management isn't transparent around changes or evaluation process Some managers are extremely controlling, even if you make your numbers Systems and processes are chaotic Work-life balance because of the pandemic is very difficult

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
