      Pros

      The company has some good benefits and cares about people. Teammates are great Local managers are good and nice in gerenal

      Cons

      The company strategy is somehow not clear and everything seem to go in the wrong direction Some people in higher positions seem very incompetent which is frustrating No clear processes about compensation and promotions

As for our strategy, we’ve experienced plenty of success across our company this year. To name a few wins, LastPass was named “Password Management Solution of the Year” in the 2021 CyberSecurity Breakthrough Awards Program, GoToConnect was recognized with 2021 Contact Center Technology Award from CUSTOMER Magazine, and we welcomed Bill Robinson as our Chief Revenue Officer this past summer.       Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
