      Pros

      This has so far been the best working experience of my career. I think any experience is what you make of it, and I think GoTo lets us decide where to take that path. I am able to work the hours I need to, and still have a life. I am able to create my own success and have a team that supports every initiative. I think we all inherently trust each other, and in a remote-world, that's hard to do sometimes. I love it here.

      Cons

      I would like to see more diversity at the executive and leadership levels. I know that there is an active effort to do so and I know that it takes time. I think we can be more aggressive.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
