      GoTo has and always will invest in employees. There are plenty of opportunities for learning and growth within GoTo. We encourage employees to visit our Global Talent Development hub, where they can find “Your Career” planning and workshops. We offer tuition reimbursement, quarterly book stipends, flexible time-off and parental leave policies, adoption assistance, and many other benefits that invest in employees.       Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
