Pros

Great team of people and close relationships are easily built. GoTo products are honestly great and very very easy to sell.

Cons

This organization used to be great until new leadership came in 2022. Right now they are trimming fat everywhere and paying sales reps less for higher quotas QoQ. Lot's of demotivation and uninspired reps org wide. Not so much a restructure but maybe a cry for help? The transparency between leadership and the company used to be commonplace but over the last year or so that has dissipated. ROEs are established but never respected, leadership keeps changing focus QoQ.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
