There is no perfect workplace as we human beings are not perfect, either. Eg., teams tend to work siloed, is still very US-centric. But is still a great place to work at.

Cons
Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
