      Cons

      Numerous headcounts are laid off at the end of the year to meet the budget for the board. You feel relieved once the announcement is made and if you have survived. It's kind of like Squid Game.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
