Pros

Good creative work possible with marketing and creative team closely aligned. Great people. Creative and collaborative.

Cons

The relatively big size of the company - and perhaps company culture - made it difficult to work cross-functionally (besides marketing and creative). It made creating and accomplishing new initiatives slow and unwieldy. During a period of several years there were many priority pivots, making it difficult to focus on a campaign long enough to make progress. This was during Covid, so understandable. Also during a P.E. buyout. There was a great deal of leadership churn in that time.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
