      Pros

      Der Umgang ist familiär und die Mitarbeiter waren in der Vergangenheit sehr engagiert. Faire Gehälter und gute Boni, die allerdings ebenfalls über die letzten Jahre abgebaut wurden. Allgemein viele tolle Menschen, die hoch spezialisiert und motiviert sind, denen die Arbeit aber durch schwaches Management aus dem HQ schwer gemacht wird.

      Cons

      Häufige Umstrukturierungen, Entlassungswellen und eine sprunghafte Firmenstrategie haben die Motivation über die letzten Jahre gesunken, sodass Mitarbeiter nicht mehr über 100% hinausgehen.

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
