      Pros

      GoTo offers excellent benefits, work-life balance, and a strong remote-friendly culture. The tools and support provided to employees are generally top-notch. There's also a good focus on employee wellbeing and flexibility.

      Cons

      Like many global companies, some challenges can arise from being in an internationally based office—particularly when it comes to alignment, visibility, and decision-making that is often US-centric. Communication across time zones can be difficult at times.

      Pros

      Remote and unfortunately that is it

      Cons

      Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
