Pros

- There are a few rare gems who I'm surprised are still with the company. They deserve better. - The interview was relatively smooth.

Cons

- The management team is an absolute joke. Their incompetence is irreparable, and their "rewarding effort" culture is nothing more than a pathetic charade. - Engineering mindset still prevailing in 2025. Lack of customer involvement in the process. Biased decisions, mostly backlog work and no innovation. - Every January they fire a certain % of the workforce to compensate for lack of vision. - Abysmal salaries in certain countries, pointless cashless bonuses. - A toxic culture overall, where you never know who stabs in you in the back, most often the people you'd expect it from the least, and all that for an illusion of progress.

Pros

Remote and unfortunately that is it

Cons

Sales org is in disarray, constant changes to quota, replaced all of inbound with reps in Guatemala, very low and inconsistent lead flow. Maybe 25% of reps will hit quota month over month
